Revolving-System
besondere Form der Refinanzierung von langfristigen  Schuldscheindarlehen. Kurzfristige Gelder, z.B. aus dem Deckungsstock der Versicherungsgesellschaften werden von Finanzmaklern gesammelt und zur Verfügung gestellt. Wenn die Kreditgeber ihre Gelder zurückrufen, werden die entsprechenden Mittel durch neu hinzutretende Kapitalgeber ersetzt. Durch das laufende Wechseln von Kapitalgebern findet so die Fristentransformation zwischen den kurzfristigen Mitteln einerseits und dem langfristigen Darlehen andererseits statt. Der Finanzmakler trägt als vermittelnde Stelle das Transformationsrisiko und i.d.R. auch das Zinsänderungsrisiko.
- Nach § 1 I Nr. 7 KWG ist diese Geschäftsart Bankgeschäft.
